At Chillnut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at chillnut0@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• If you need a different size or color, we’ll process an exchange once we receive your original item.
Store Credit
• You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. This credit never expires and can be used on future purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
